I birthed the idea of this project while on a months trip to Mexico this winter. I’d taken loads of inspiring books with me and I had all this time and space to reflect how my 40s had been and what an incredibly important decade it was.
We go through so many physical, emotional, spiritual, mental & hormonal changes in these 10 years and I think it’s a really valuable opportunity to deepen our understanding of who we are, what we want and how we care for ourselves.
Getting to the end of our 40s with a complex mix of mental, emotional and physical health issues (this is what I keep seeing) is no f****** fun at all!
What we want is to feel vibrant, powerful happy, fit, strong and inspired!
So we’ll start with a 3 hour workshop where we’ll share and explore all of the above and begin to choose which measures to put in place to move towards health in all areas of our lives. Then it is my hope (but not obligatory) that we’ll meet again, (once a year maybe) to reflect and add in more measures to build on our well being.
The benefits we get from meeting as a group of women is massive! Listening and being listened to is an incredibly powerful resource. We should not go through these major experiences alone.
