Again I’m running these 4 hour workshops with Kate Burford and we aim to bring as many life style top tips to help every woman through this important journey. Yoga, shiatsu, diet, supplements, herbs and much more.
This journey can begin any time from 38 and last until late 50s or even into your 60s and this workshop is valuable for all of it but the sooner you have the info the more helpful it will be!
