Managing stress and anxiety through Yoga and Breath work

While we can’t eliminate stress from our lives there is much we can do to understand, manage and reduce it.

In this workshop I’ll share coping mechanisms which combine simple life style choices, diet, breathing exercises and body work to help us deal with stress in a healthy way and how important it is for our physical well being ( crucially, our hormone health and immune system),
as well as emotionally and mentally.
