Gut health and stress workshop

Our Gut Health and the health of our nervous system are 2 major cornerstones of our well being. There is more and more being understood about these 2 systems and how they are intrinsically connected.
This workshop will explore simple life style choices, yoga postures, breathing techniques and diet that can improve the health of both.
In terms of women’s health both these systems are vital for a healthy hormone system and I highly recommend for any experiencing problems with their periods or those of you in you early 40’s who are approaching peri-menopause.
