Gut health workshop

Saturday, March 25: 9am to noon

This workshop explores the exciting new way that we’re beginning to understand our gut health and its vital role in our total health.

The workshop will include yogic cleansing exercises and an asana practice to support our whole digestive system.

We’ll also share a mindful meal and explore what foods are especially helpful but also how its not just what we eat but how we eat it that promotes healing and creates optimal health.

We’ll have a digestive tea and got health tincture too.

I’m really excited to share all that I’d I’ve learnt in this very exciting field and how, by adding a few simple things to our life styles we can make big changes.
