The women’s meditation circle is a place to explore meditation in a supportive, relaxed environment. We will learn about different styles of meditation and practice sitting together for 20-30 minutes at a time, leaving room at the end for sharing and discussion.
If you’ve always wanted to start meditating, but haven’t been able to stick to it; if you would love to develop a meditation habit so you can have a steady home practice; if you have questions or frustrations regarding your practice and don’t know who to ask; or if you would simply enjoy practicing in good company – this is the perfect place for you!
